Fit for 40 is a program developed specifically for clients who are 40 and above.  
Clients will build and maintain new muscle by following a progressive routine that’s individually tailored to their specific fitness level.  This program also addresses any lingering injuries a person may be dealing with while focusing on some issues that commonly start to emerge at this age including:
  • Joint and lower back pain,
  • Susceptibility to injuries
  • Weight gain
  • loss of strength
  • hypertension
The Fit for 40 program combines resistance training techniques that are designed to build a strong foundation while emphasizing dynamic mobility.  This workout works best for this age group because the exercises being performed will put less stress on your joints than traditional strength and endurance training programs.
