strength imgStrength and Endurance Training is designed specifically for clients who are interested in taking their fitness to the next level and building some serious lean muscle.  Strength and Endurance Training will incorporate functional movements performed in a circuit format consisting of 3-5 different dynamic exercises.  The program is  developed for each individual person’s needs based on a number of factors such as their occupation and any sports or physical activities that they are involved in. Programs are integrated to include all aspects of a well rounded fitness routine including:
  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Strength
  • Power
  • Endurance

Each rigorous program takes into account a persons individual goals and state of health, including past and present injuries.
