I am a 72 year old fellow trained by Steve. I appreciate his training style — moderately increasing the difficulty of exercises to a point where I am not conscious of my improvements. Steve plans sessions. He also keeps adding new exercises. Sessions are not repetitive or boring. I also have a problem with one knee. He has aided me in relieving pain in that knee by gradually strengthening my thigh muscles. In sum, I recommend him to you.
